Unless otherwise stated on the agenda, all meetings commence at 7pm and are held at Sutton St Edmund Village Hall.

The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for all residents of Sutton St Edmund to attend, hear reports on local activities and raise questions or concerns with the Parish Council. In contrast, the Annual Parish Council Meeting is a formal meeting of elected members where they review council business and carry out statutory duties. The Annual Parish Meeting is open to everyone, whereas the Annual Parish Council Meeting is primarily for council members, though residents are welcome to observe.
