a. To consider the two applications for the two Councillor vacancies.

b. To accept the resignation of Cllr Bowman.

3. Apologies for absence.

a. To receive apologies for Councillors absence.

4. Declarations of interest.

a. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations in respect of DPI’s.

5. Notes of the general meeting held on March 2020 to be approved as the new minutes.

6. Police matters.

a. To receive the local Police report.

8. Financial matters.

a. To receive the latest financial report.

b. To receive the Internal Auditors report.

c. To approve the Annual Governance Statement.

d. To approve the Statement of Accounts.

e. To authorise the Chairman to sign the Annual Return.

f. To approve the Certificate of Exemption.

9. Administration.

a. CSW update.

b. Allotments rents.

c. To discuss the Clerks resignation and recruitment.

d. To discuss the resignation of the litter picker.

e. To consider an Autumn Village Clean-Up in September.

10. Village Hall.

a. To consider the latest update on the Village Hall.

11. Playing Field.

a. To receive an update on Playing Field matters.

12. Highways.

a. To consider an update from Highways Dept.

13. Planning.

a. To consider the latest planning applications.

b. To consider delegation of planning applications to Councillors.

c. To consider the wider community when planning applications are submitted. ie Facebook pages.

14. Correspondence.

15. Date of the next meeting.

a. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting.

16. Councillors reports & items for inclusion at the next meeting.

Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas.

17. To resolve whether to move into closed session and exclude public, Police and press (who will be required to leave the meeting at this stage, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972), due to the confidential nature of business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:-
