a. To review and agree quotations for tree cutting around the village Bus Shelter and to
agree a contractor for the same.
5. Playing Field Hedge
a. To review and agree quotation for hedge cutting around the playing field and to discuss
work commencement, without delay.
6. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting – Tuesday 14th March 2023,
7pm at Sutton St Edmund Village Hall.
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with Localism Act 2011 and to
consider any requests for dispensations in respect of DPI’s.
3. Notes of the general meeting held on 17 th January 2023 to be approved as the new
